Upon occurrence of vacancies we visit you at your premises in order to discuss your requirements and job specifications
- We advertise your vacancies in Eastern Europe to attract the best candidates from each country and we cover all advertising costs
 - We pursue careful selection to ensure that our clients receive the most suitable workers
 - We pre-select and screen for the most suitable candidates for the given position by conducting 3 interviews:
 
- the initial face-to-face interview at a local branch
 - Baltic Staff Ltd. Regional Office
 - the final interview takes place at Baltic Staff Ltd. Head Office
 
- We approve all paperwork at Baltic Staff Ltd. Head Office
 - We offer you a choice of suitably skilled candidates for the position
 
We continue coordinating and supervising the workers supplied using our established management process.
